Terms of Use
These terms govern your access to and use of the Raya ERP & CRM platform. By using our service, you agree to these rules.
1. The Service
Raya provides cloud-based software for managing inventory, sales, procurement, and finance. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business operations.
2. Access & Security
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. We strongly recommend using our built-in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to compromise the security of our systems.
3. Subscriptions
Access is provided on a subscription basis. We offer a 14-day free trial, after which a paid plan is required to keep your data active. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
4. Ownership
We own the platform software and design. You own the data you upload. We will never use your business data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
Privacy Policy
We take your data privacy seriously. This section explains how we handle your business and personal information.
1. Data Collection
- Profile Information: Name, business email, and company details used for account management.
- Business Data: Inventory, leads, and financial records stored in your isolated database.
- Usage Data: Technical logs (IP, browser) used to maintain system stability and performance.
2. Data Isolation
Tenant Separation
Unlike many other platforms, Raya uses strict logical isolation for every customer ("Tenant"). Your inventory, sales, and financial records are never mixed with those of other companies.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share information with trusted infrastructure providers (like Microsoft Azure) or when legally required by Indian regulatory authorities.
4. Retention & Deletion
Financial records are kept for 7 years for GST compliance. If you cancel your subscription, we keep your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it is permanently purged.
