Your brand, your address
Your logo and colours on a store at yourstore.store.rayaaisuite.com, with a small “Powered by Raya ERP” mark.
A storefront in your logo and colours, selling from the stock your warehouses actually hold. Shoppers pay through your own Razorpay account, and every order arrives in Raya ERP as a sales order with the stock already set aside.
What happens between a product going live and the parcel reaching the door — and what Raya ERP does at each step.
Publish an item from your ERP item master with its price, photos and a description — AI can write the first draft.
Shoppers browse collections and variants, see live availability and add to a cart held on the server.
Checkout holds the stock for 15 minutes while the shopper pays by Razorpay — the last unit cannot be sold twice.
A sales order is created, stock is allocated and the payment is recorded as a receipt.
Dispatch with your transporter and tracking number; the shopper hears about it by email and WhatsApp.
The storefront is yours to brand. The catalogue, prices and stock behind it are the ones your team already keeps.

Catalogue pages are rendered on the server, with product details search engines can read.
Group products into collections, show colours and sizes as variants, and add photo galleries.
Availability is your stock across the store’s warehouses minus live checkout holds — with “Only 2 left” when it is true.
Shoppers see the price they pay. Business buyers can add a GSTIN at checkout and are billed as a business.
Shoppers sign in with a code on WhatsApp or email — no passwords — and see their past orders.
UPI, cards and net banking through Razorpay with your own keys. The money settles to you, not to Raya.
Order confirmed, shipped with tracking, and delivered — in branded emails and on WhatsApp.
Raya AI drafts a product title and description from the item. You edit it and decide when to save.
Not offeredCash on delivery and shopper-initiated returns are not part of the online store; your team handles returns in the ERP.
The store does not keep a copy of your inventory to fall out of step. It reads the ERP, and every order is written back as the documents your team already uses.
Sell from the warehouses you choose for each store; checkout holds expire on their own if a shopper walks away.
Each paid order becomes a sales order for the shopper, with an invoice number and stock allocated.
The Razorpay payment is booked as a receipt against the order, held as an advance until it ships.
Ship from the online order or from a delivery order in Operations — the shopper is updated either way.

Stores, products, collections, orders, appearance and settings — inside Raya ERP.
Your items, prices and stock are already in Raya ERP, so a store is mostly a matter of choosing what to show.
Online Store is enabled for your account by the Raya team. Ask us and we set it up with you.
Name it, pick its address, add your logo and colours, and choose the warehouses it sells from.
Pick items, set prices, add photos and descriptions, and group them into collections.
Enter your Razorpay keys and register the webhook it shows you, then open the store.
Not yet. Every store runs at its own address under store.rayaaisuite.com — for example yourbrand.store.rayaaisuite.com — in your logo and colours, with a small “Powered by Raya ERP” mark.
Shoppers pay through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) using your own Razorpay account and keys, so money settles directly to you; Raya does not collect it. Cash on delivery is not offered.
There is nothing to sync: the store reads the stock in Raya ERP across the warehouses you assign to it, minus items held in other shoppers’ checkouts. A checkout holds stock for 15 minutes, so two shoppers cannot pay for the last unit.
Prices are shown GST-inclusive to shoppers. A business buyer can enter a GSTIN at checkout and the order is billed to them as a business. Set your seller GSTIN in Raya ERP so tax is split correctly between CGST/SGST and IGST.
Shoppers cannot start a return or cancel from the store. Your team cancels or returns an order inside Raya ERP using the usual sales order and sales return screens.
It is switched on per account by the Raya team, together with how many stores you can run. Talk to us and we will enable it and help you set up your first store.
