See how sales are tracking — by period, customer and product — from quick dashboard KPIs to detailed, exportable registers. Every figure traces back to real orders, so SO-1043 for Sunrise Polymers shows up the moment it completes and updates again when its credit note posts.

Dashboard KPIs​

The Sales dashboard tile gives you the headline numbers at a glance:

  • Orders this month / quarter / year — count and value.
  • Top 10 customers and top 10 products — Sunrise Polymers and HDPE Granules climb these as SO-1043 completes.
  • Sales trend sparkline.
  • Outstanding receivables, aged 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ days.

:::note Aging follows the invoice While INV-2045's ₹5,68,760 is unpaid it sits in the 0–30 bucket; once the NEFT is recorded it drops off receivables entirely. The credit note then parks ₹46,610 as a credit (a negative receivable) until it is refunded or set off. :::

Filter and export​

  1. Set a date range, plus any customer or product filter — e.g. Customer = Sunrise Polymers, this quarter to isolate SO-1043.
  2. Optionally add a product filter (e.g. HDPE Granules) or a sales-person filter to match a target.
  3. Read the results on screen — the register footer totals the taxable value, tax and grand total for the filtered set.
  4. Export to Excel or PDF, or share by email or WhatsApp straight from the report.

:::tip Reconcile a return Filter the Sales register to Sunrise Polymers for the quarter and you'll see the +₹4,82,000 sale and the −₹39,500 credit note net to ₹4,42,500 — the same figure the leaderboard credits the rep. If those don't agree, a voucher hasn't posted. :::
